Client Survey 2026: Speed You Can Keep Up With

This year, our clients asked us to make every improvement to Ovrture easier to use. Here is how that request is shaping what we build next.

We release new features often. It’s one of the promises we make to our clients, and this summer they asked us to keep it in a new way.

When we asked what was working in Ovrture, what wasn’t, and what they wanted next, the answers came back candid and specific. One theme ran through them: make it easier to keep up. A new feature helps only the person who can find it, learn it, and use it with confidence on a deadline.

That request sharpened a rule we already try to follow: every change should make the work simpler. Fewer steps. Fewer places to look. Features that make sense the first time you see them. When the platform carries the complexity, the people using it can spend their time on donors, and one person can do what used to take a team.

Every commitment below follows that rule.

What changed after the 2026 client survey

After its 2026 client survey, Ovrture made self-service help its first priority. Foster, an AI assistant built into the platform, now answers how-to questions step by step, and drop-in support runs every Tuesday and Thursday from 3 to 4 pm ET. Major improvements to PrintBridge, Ovrture’s print tool, are targeted for early 2027. Sending reports straight from Ovrture, the feature clients asked for most, has no date yet. A virtual client gathering is planned for early 2027.

Meet Foster, help built into Ovrture

You asked for an easier way to keep up with new features and to find answers on your own. That moved to the top of our list.

Ovrture now includes Foster, an AI assistant. Open it, and a panel stays beside you as you move from screen to screen. Ask how to do something, and Foster walks you through it, step by step, right where the work happens.

Foster answers from one set of guides, so the answer on your screen matches the printed guide we can send your team. One source means one answer, and no second place to check. When Foster can’t answer, it points you to support@ovrture.com or to your client engagement specialist.

Foster is also the first AI agent in Ovrture. Today it answers how-to questions. Over time, it will help with more of the work, including first drafts of donor reports and proposals. Like all of Ovrture’s AI, it runs inside our own AWS account, under the same security rules as the rest of the platform.

When you’d rather talk it through with a person, drop-in support runs every Tuesday and Thursday from 3 to 4 pm ET.

Better printed reports, coming in early 2027

You were clear: printed and PDF reports should look polished and intentional, like a piece your marketing team would be proud to send. We agree. Why print still matters as reports go digital is the subject of our post The report is the easy part now.

We’re making major improvements to PrintBridge, our print tool, targeted for early 2027. The goal is simple: press print, and the report comes out looking designed.

We’ll ask for your input as the work takes shape.

Sending reports straight from Ovrture

Sending reports straight from Ovrture was your most-requested feature, and your reasons were clear: one place to build a report and deliver it, without exporting to another email platform or running manual merges. It’s the same rule again. Fewer tools, fewer steps.

We’re taking it seriously, and we’re holding off on a date. First we’re finishing what’s already underway, starting with the two changes above. We’ll share a date when we’re confident we can meet it.

If sending from Ovrture would change how your team works, tell us how. Your examples will shape how we build it.

A virtual gathering for Ovrture clients

Many of you said you’d join a virtual gathering of Ovrture clients, and a few of you offered to present. We’re building it around the topics you voted for, for early 2027. Clients will hear the details first.

If you’re choosing a platform for donor reports

Every platform changes over time. Two questions tell you whether those changes will help you: who decides what changes, and does each change make the work simpler?

At Ovrture, the people who use the platform every day set the list, and we judge every change by whether it gives them time back. We tell them what we’ll build and when, and we say so plainly when something isn’t dated yet.

See how it works. Book a demo.

Add your voice to the survey

To every client who answered the survey: thank you. You set this list, and we’ll keep reporting back on it.

The survey is still open, and we’d be glad to keep hearing from you. To take it, or to tell us more, reach out to our client engagement team at gideon.rosen@ovrture.com.

Fast, and simple to keep up with: that’s the pace we’re setting.
