We were lucky to take part in the September Association of Donor Relations Professionals Conference. We presented with our clients at the University of South Florida (USF). We discussed how they use Ovrture for their major donor communications and reporting.
USF’s donor relations team has gone through a recent transformation. After deciding to use Ovrture for digital stewardship reporting, they changed how they create reports. This new approach helps them better educate and delight their donors.
This happened during a leadership change. This change let their donor relations team respond well to the new leaders’ vision and goals.
