Last week, we had the chance to join the January Association of Donor Relations Professionals (ADRP) webinar. We participated with our clients from the Indiana University Foundation. The donor stewardship team from IU walked through their decision-making, onboarding process, process, and results in transitioning to digital impact reports in the fall of 2020.
