Today, let’s show you how to create stewardship reports at scale for individual donors through a few easy steps.
First, ensure that all of your fund data is in Ovrture – either by taking advantage of our open API, integration with Blackbaud, or via Excel. The funds are linked to all of your record data ensuring each donor receives information on the funds they established or supported.
Using the builder table default, set the default stack of content that will be built for each individual record, using a mix of data driven panels and story telling content.
Then, choose the group of donors from the available records. Choose the content panels from the central content library to share general updates.
Click build reports. Then, all the reports for the chosen records are built simultaneously.
Then, you can further personalize individual reports using the WYSIWIG (what you see is what you get editor) to further edit and refine your content.
Share your reports with your donors through an email communication from your team’s email platform.
